KitchenWe purchase the floor model smart refrigerator from JCPenney and it is stuck in retail mode even after I performed a factory reset from the settings menu. It has no apps on it except the retail mode app. How do we set this up for use at home?

KitchenI followed reddit post on "rescue mode" and that worked for me
below worked for me
Rescue mode:
1) open/run fridge manager app from family hub
2) Press and hold recent apps or home for 10 seconds
3) white screen comes up with menus - select factory reset
4) Once factory reset is done, you'll be out of retail mode.

KitchenWe have the same issue. Model RF22M9581SG. Just had it delivered and can't get it out of Retail Mode. What do we do?
