speakers are terrible

Hi support team,

We have bought an ''Samsung RS6HA8891B1 Side by Side mit Family Hub, Americ'' from tecedo.de

Now i have configured it etc, but i am not happy for the moment with one thing.

Its the soundspeaker, it is really hollow sallow. i tried many things, youtube, spotify etc.

But all the same, 

is this a hardware issue or software,  dont want to open an dispute not even within one week of delivery.
