Like the title says. The detergent door in my waterwall dishwasher doesn't open during the cycle. There are *no* obstructions, no residue build up, and it opens fine when manually opening it up.
I ran a diagnostic and received the 0t code - no problems found.
I would recommend checking the basic troubleshooting steps. Make sure there isn't a button stuck, check the filter, and make sure the drain hose isn't kinked. Perform a power reset and run a cycle to test out your cycle. If the detergent door still isn't opening. I would recommend reaching out to us in private messages.
