Recently upgraded to Alexa plus, and ever since, when I set a timer using Alexa on the family hub, it will no longer play a sound when the timer is done. It's definitely setting the timer, as I can see it on the screen, but it just never notifies me when time is up. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Even though you are upgrading your Family Hub; I would recommend triple-checking that your refrigerator is up to date. If it is, I would recommend resetting your refrigerator in three different ways. First, perform a power reset, next a Family Hub reset, and then a Factory reset.
