Recently upgraded to Alexa plus, and ever since, when I set a timer using Alexa on the family hub, it will no longer play a sound when the timer is done. It's definitely setting the timer, as I can see it on the screen, but it just never notifies me when time is up. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Hey, thank you for bringing this concern to our attention. I have a few ideas that may help you get your timer back working for you. Even though you are upgrading your Family Hub; I would recommend triple-checking that your refrigerator is up to date. If it is, I would recommend resetting your refrigerator in three different ways. First, perform a power reset, next a Family Hub reset, and then a Factory reset. You can find the steps on that, down below.
