Kitchen and Family HubUpdate is stuck in my Samsung RF28R7551SG. It is completely stuck for 24hrs now. Not sure if I should power cycle it. Worried with the message saying โโฆcan cause harm to the deviceโ

We are sorry to hear about the issue with the software update and would definitely recommend resetting the family hub due to the panel being "stuck" in the update mode for over 3hrs. You can follow the instructions within this article https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00087902/ to assist with that aspect. Please keep us updated on your progress!

Using the red restart button worked for me. Had to do it twice. First time went back to install update and again remained at 100%. Second restart finished the install. Do better Samsung.
