Smart fridge freezes during update and stuck at 50%

It has been stuck on this screen for the last 2 hours. What do I do?

Even though it says not to unplug it, I'd unplug it for a few then plug it back in, it might need to restart.

I wasn’t going to move a heavy fridge in the middle of the night, so I cut its power for 2 minutes from the circuit breaker. When the fridge turned back on, the update finished.

Thats good, sometimes it freezes or something I know we had to do traffic to our Samsung TV one time.

we are sorry for the update issue you're experiencing and would love to assist. If you're concerned with powering cycling the fridge look for a hidden red switch atop the right door, so you can turn the switch off and on, and it will reboot the tablet. Let me know if this helps.
