Slow Drip from Water Dispenser

We recently had a new RO system installed.  After it was installed the water dispenser in our Samsung Refrigerator has a very slow drip.  It's probably 1 drop falls every hour or so.  You can see the water drop forming and slowly growing until it gets "so big" that it falls.  We had the RO company come out and they checked all the connections and actually replaced one of the connectors under the sink but this continues.  They claim it's probably the O ring for the Refrigerator dispenser that needs to be replaced.  I just find it very strange that the refrigerator is just over a year old and it just so happened to start after they replaced the RO system.  I read some FAQs on the site that said dripping could be air in the line but this dripping is so slow it's very strange.  Any suggestions on further troubleshooting this issue?

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! If the installer could not fix the issue, the only other solution would be service. Depending on your warranty, you will have a few options.

- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators or you can call in directly at 1-800- 726-7864 with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.
