Hello, We purchased the Samsung RF32CG5400SR french door refrigerator with great expectations. Operationally the refrigerator works well but the design of the leveling legs and roller assembly are a nightmare. We found out that moving it was just about impossible as the rollers did not touch the floor by 1/8"+ as they we designed to do. I had to remove the leveling legs and then discovered the assembly of the legs was the issue. Upon investigation one pad was cracked and the other striped from the nut. Extremely poor design.
