I am reaching out to you in response to the review I posted on your site. My Samsung Jetbot wheel started grinding after 18 months, and when I contacted Samsung support, they said its out of warranty, and i need to create a repair ticket or take it to service center.
It's quite disappointing to see an expensive Robo vaccum fail within 6 months after warranty expiration.
Hope someone can help here.
Thanks
Ramesh

Kitchen and Family HubSorry to hear this but you would need to create a repair ticket to have the issue resolved.

Kitchen and Family HubSamsung support says take it to any local service center ( cost from my pocket). Very disappointing. A flagship vacuum with no option to service and broke down right after warranty period.
