Fridge Serial Number:<hidden>

New Problem:  Ice Maker Freezes - stops making ice

Our ice maker quit 7 months ago and was replaced under our extended warranty.  Ice maker has failed again.  Is there any warranty on the repair.  Our extended warranty expired in January, 2025

Bought both the fridge and warranty from Samsung.  Warranty repair was done by Assurant/Lowes.  There is also another name  involved - NPS or National Premium Service.

I can't get anyone to talk to me.  Anyone know about warranty on previous repairs?

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! Since this was down by Lowe's through their extended warranty, it would be recommended to go back through them again. As for warranty on the repair, most places, I think, do 3 months. As for the next steps, if Lowe's cannot repair it. Then it would be to set up service through us.
