Hello community! I've always been a Samsung crazed consumer, I even keep my phone instead of trading them in when I get the newer model. BUT, I've finally decided to hang it all up now that Samsung Care has sold out to the bots and agents. You can't be so greedy and money/ power hungry that you allow the consumers to see and feel it. I'm not even sure if the head of the department wasn't an LLM bc those texts had a few red flags. You have to keep human staff even if you know your AI can placate the consumers long enough with timed responses that side step the off script questions and only show signs of activity once every 3 minutes. Not all of us are mindless dummies who bought and ate up the lies about needing to raise prices or slow down hiring cycles. AI took the jobs, not that I needed a job. I needed my refrigerator repaired or at least diagnosed before everything spoiled 3 days later. Probably longer if I gave them the opportunity. Best Buy was no better, but they have a valid excuse since they're struggling to stay relevant in this new online world we live in. I'm no longer paying fees for Samsung care, Best Buy Geek Sqaud Or any other insurance who doesn't even repair your item who's warranty ran out 2 months ago. Don't get me started on how they make sure that happens. The only time anyone even cared was when I texted the maintenence line telling them how done I am. I called a local appliance company who is coming out within the same 4 hours of even hearing my voice. Samsung says they couldn't find a technician that quickly, BS! They used to bc a HUMAN got online and called one who enrolled to be a technician for them. The ones I am hiring are exactly one of those technicians! He just doesn't have to give Samsung any of the money he's earning from me this time.

Kitchen and Family HubI cut power to it and called for a repair and or replace ASAP. Got it fixed after parts ordered and food rot after 3 days. Insurance was kind to us. My daughter will never use the fridge door water and ice access again.
