Historically, when the refrigerator doors are moved to the open position, they will remain open until I manually close them. Recently, the left door has begun to close on its own after being moved to the open position - without being interacted with. The refirgrator seems level. Does anyone have any advice on this?

Kitchen and Family HubHello! Thank you for reaching out! This issue would be due to it not being level, or possibly wind pushing it, causing this to occur. Also, it could be due to the weight of the items in the door that could be causing this. I would recommend contacting your installer to look at this. As a last option, service would be the only other solution. Depending on your warranty, you will have a few options.
- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators or you can call in directly at 1-800- 726-7864 with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.

Kitchen and Family HubLet me rephrase - I had the refirgerator professionally installed and leveled. I have checked it with my level and it indicates that it is still level.
