I have a DW80R5060US dishwasher that the soap dispenser door isn't opening. I run it thru the diagnostic cycle and come up with a PC code. Any answers,

@rando76 That code isn't listed in the manual. In the manual, it states:

For any codes not listed above, call 1-800-SAMSUNG (726-7864)
