I bought a 23 cu. ft. Smart Counter Depth 4-Door Flex Refrigerator with Beverage Center and Dual Ice Maker in Black Stainless Steel model RF23A9671SG/AA back in 2022. There are some very obvious dents on the doors that take away from the aesthetic of the refrigerator. Is there any way to purchase replacement doors? I have looked all over and customer service has not been helpful.

Also, as a suggestion, you might try purchasing a dent suction puller; they are inexpensive, easy to use, and might save you quite a bit of money replacing the doors. Also, check if your refrigerator is a Bespoke variant; if so, you can change the panels to different materials and colors.
Thank you for taking the time to respond! Yes, I did check there first and it seems they only have a couple parts available that are unrelated to what I need. One part they have listed is a temperature sensor and the other is a door stopper, but not the actual door. I'm aware the bespoke panels can be switched out, but the one I have is unfortunately not the bespoke model.
The material is such that a dent suction puller would not be able to actually secure on tight enough to hold a suction, sadly.
Sorry to hear that, but if they don't have it, you'll have to use another channel. I can't share other websites with members, but you can find an appliance part store near you that can order it for you. Or you can call a local appliance repair company and ask if you can buy it through them.

I tried to contact third party appliance repair stores but they said they only repair actual issues with the refrigerator that are not cosmetic and therefore do not carry the door parts. I am planning on calling the Samsung Parts store since the main hotline was unable to help me. I will come back and update if I am able to actually be assisted with a solution. Thank you
