I bought this refrigerator last November. Recently I tried to change the temperature of Flex Zone, but it won't work(it's my first time use this button). How can I fix this?
Just wanted to say thanks, Astronaut. I have a brand new Samsung fridge. Everything works great EXCEPT the FlexZone Drawer. The actual temperature always hovers between 36-38 degrees. I wanted to use it as a "Meat" drawer, so temperature is meant to be 30 degrees. It never has even gotten close. Samsung service has come out twice, but I'm thinking you may have the solution to point them toward to get them to fix this on their third time out.
