yesterday in
Kitchen and Family HubI recently purchased a Bespoke refrigerator about 3 months ago. We love the features but there is a serious issue with the temperature setting and the actual temperature inside the fridge, the freezer works fine however. I initially set the fridge at 37Ā°. We noticed that it did not seem to get as cold as our previous fridge and food seemed to be spoiling frequently. I dropped the temperature setting down to 35Ā°, then to 34Ā°. Still no noticeable difference. Finally to eliminate the possibility that it was just in my mind, I decided to do a temperature reading with both my old fridge and my Samsung Bespoke with an infrared thermometer reader. With my old fridge (that sits now in our garage), point-set at 6, the temperature inside reads 34Ā°-35Ā° and it is not even at the lowest setting. Our Samsung fridge reads between 42Ā°-52Ā° with the bottom sitting just above the freezer with the lowest temp at 42Ā° and the side walls and top at 52Ā°. Now I am certain it is definitely not in my mind and have been dealing with this issue from day 1. All troubleshooting suggestions and setting configurations are not effective. I solicit your recommendation for a fix to this issue.
