I have a new Bespoke double door refrigerator with a drawer freezer. When delivery drivers were about to leave, I mentioned that the refrigerator doors were not even at the top. They handed me a little baggie of horseshoe shaped plastic things and said I needed to use them to lift the door up. I have tried this over and over. I need to insert two to even it out the doors. As soon as I open and close the door they pop out and are broken. I’m now out of plastic pieces and still have uneven doors. my fridge does not have a mechanism that I can turn like other Bespoke refrigerators.
Wow, what lazy installers. Evening out the doors and making sure everything is level is part of the installation service. They should have done that during the process and left you with the spacers in case, at some point they broke, or you need to do a re-leveling. You should be able to call Samsung Parts and get some. With that being said, if you needed two levelers, that must have been some gap. If the inner cabinet is sealed, though and no cold air is leaking out or warm air getting in (seals intact), I wouldn't worry too much other than if the esthetics bother you.
BTW. If the spacers are breaking, you are not installing them correctly. There should be installation instructions with your manual.
