Bespoke Freezer stopped working

I have owned my Bespoke referigerator/freezer for less than 2 years and the freezer just stopped working.   The refrigerator portion is fine.  This has happened once before.  is this a known issue?  Is there something I can do or check?

Same here and it is a brand new Refrigerator Only a week old. No one returns my phone calls or responds to any emails

Yep I am in the same boat,  it is a cheaply made, poorly engineer refrigerator.  Even the 2 techs that came out and worked on it explained all the issues they are having with this model.   We are waiting on the 3rd tech we is schedule 4 days from now , 6 days after contacting Samsung, and 2nd time in 6 weeks that the fridge has failed.

Did you have a resolution to this issue? I bought one second hand, they said it worked fine, and even hauled away my old fridge, and the freezer doesn’t work. 

I had an appliance repairman by, and he said to replace the motherboard. I got it in this afternoon, and still waiting to see if the freezer actually gets to freezing levels (hovering around 45° currently) it has been 8 hours. I am so anxious, hoping this works  and I don’t need a completely new fridge.

The one we had the compressor was bad on 2 different fridges.  We had a warranty cover it and it got fixed.  It was my uncles and he really didn't care about what type of fridge so in the end he picked out a different fridge.  I have had the Bespoke in a house I just sold for a few years and my new home in Venice Florida and don't have issues...  good luck!!  The Samsung chat people are good with trouble shooting online.  We buy everything samsung.  phone, TVs appliances etc. and we go through Best Buy Total tech so they cover everything...
