Kitchen and Family HubWe always use the same wash cycle setting and sometimes the door will pop open upon completion and sometimes it doesn't. We can't figure out why it's happening. The issue started a few weeks ago. We purchased the dishwasher in June 2021. What are the recommended options to find and/or fix the issue?

Kitchen and Family HubIf you haven't already done a power cycle (unplugging it or flipping the circuit breaker off for a few minutes and flipping it back on), I suggest trying that. You could also follow the instructions in your user manual (Page 36) to turn the auto-release function off and back on. If those don't fix the issue at hand, service may be required.
- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one-year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators with your full model and serial number to have service set up
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.
