My Samsung 28 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with 21.5โ€ Touch Screen Family Hub, model RF28R7551SG/AA, has a message that has appeared daily for over two months stating: "Atelier Installation failed". I have searched extensively for a solution to this error message, to no avail. Could someone provide guidance and insight on a solution to this error message? The "Atelier Installation failed" message indicates a software issue with that specific app or feature within your Family Hub's operating system, likely a problem with the app's installation or communication with the main system board.

Since this is a recurring daily issue, general troubleshooting is needed to resolve the persistent software error.

Restart the Family Hub Panel: This can resolve many software glitches.

1. Open the refrigerator's top-right door.

2. Locate the small panel cover at the top, and slide it up to reveal the power switch.

3. Flip the switch to the Off position.

4. Close the door and wait for approximately 2 minutes.

5. Flip the switch back to the On position. The screen will reboot.

If this still doesn't fix the error:

Check for an Update to the Family Hub Software.

Outdated software can cause compatibility issues and errors.

1. On the Family Hub screen, swipe down from the top and tap Settings.

2. Scroll to and tap About Family Hub.

3. Tap Software update. If an update is available, follow the prompts to install it.

Thank you for your guidance, which I have followed. The Atelier App does not appear under Apps, but it will likely try to install at 6:00 tomorrow morning.
