Home TheaterI am currious what the ignition button is? the right one on top of the bar? And what is the "plug-in controller" is that a button because you pressed it?
Did you got exact the same issue that none of the remote buttons except the on/off and only the right button of the soundbar was responding a bit?
Did you also have no sound/screen anymore (no HDMI) and only message HDMI arc or HDMI 1 on the small screen?

3 hours with 2 support people and end result is I need to drive 45 mins to take it to a technician. This is not a great support experience for a Samsung own goal issue. Worth noting , Samsung tv is also offline according to the smart things app, but is still working ๐
