So can you use a Q990C bought from the US in a country that has 220V in outlets? According to my research, people are saying that although the label on Samsung soundbars bought from the US is 110-120V, they are spec'd for being free voltage. In fact, their manual states "Yes" for free voltage. So can anyone confirm?

Thanks.

Hi there, Thanks so much for asking about this. We are only able to confirm that the power cord and plug on the US model is designed for US outlets, and would require an adapter to be used outside of the US. I would also recommend using the link below to locate the support team for the country you plan to be in as they may have additional information about the power supply.
