Home TheaterHello. I us a Google TV Streamer. Occasionally I see the Q-Symphony option, sometimes not. Not sure why this is happening.
I have the Google TV Streamer connected to the soundbar, then the sound bar E-ARC port connected to the E-ARC port on the TV.
Sometimes if I unplug everything it will come back but eventually it goes away.
TV: Samsung S95CA 77 / QN77S95CAFXZA
Soundbar: HW-Q990D
HDMI 2.1 cables: Monoprice Ultra 8K High Speed HDMI Cable - 48Gbps, Dynamic HDR, eARC, DynamicView Series
Firmware updated on all devices
Thank you in advance!

Home TheaterQ-Symphony only works with 5.1 or 7.1 surround sound. If your video contains only stereo audio, Q-Symphony will be inactive or simply not work.

Home TheaterThat may be true but pretty much everything now is at least 5.1 surround at least. I've seen numerous posts where people have had this issue so I think it's something more than that.

Home TheaterSo I ended up connecting the Google streamer to the standard HDMI1 and the soundbar to the HDMI3 ARC port and so far so good.
