I have a Samsung HT-F9750W home theater system with SWA-6000 wireless module for surround speakers. However, I often face an issue where the module frequently, but not always, fails to connect to the main unit when my Wi-Fi router is turned on.
To resolve this, I have to:
Turn off the Wi-Fi router.
Turn on the home theater system and wait for the surround module to connect.
Once the module is connected, turn the Wi-Fi router back on.
I am unable to change my router settings myself, but I can request my internet provider to make adjustments. Could you please advise which Wi-Fi settings might be interfering with the SWA-6000 connection and what should be changed to avoid conflicts?
