SAMSUNG H/k HW-Q6CR Not Pairing

This soundbar goes into the BT pairing mode but doesn't display on cell phone to discover it and connect it. I tried multiple hard resets but the Bluetooth name doesn't display when trying to find on any devices. Could that be a hardware issue? Any solutions besides hard resets?
