Ive recently bought a open box floor display hw-c450/za soundbar and its stuck in display mode, every few minutes ut resets the volume to 15 and sw to +6 and cant change source.
Ive tried init but thats not worked and getting support from samsung has been a nightmare
I'm sorry that you are experiencing problems with your soundbar, I believe that you may need to manually update the firmware via a usb drive, You need to reset the soundbar power if off and unplug it for a few minutes, Then plug in the usb drive to flash it , You need a laptop or desktop to download the firmware version, Then plug the usb drive into the soundbar and then power it on, The soundbar will automatically connect to the usb drive to update the firmware
