Having issues with my HW-J450 soundbar being stuck in shop mode. I have turned the soundbar off and used the volume down button to get to the shop settings. From there I can use the left and right skip button on the controller to cycle through shop1-6 however with no inputs “set ng” will appear and will turn off the soundbar. After repowering the soundbar will remain in shop 1. I have tried selecting various shop modes then pressing other buttons on the controller with no success at changing the shop mode permanently.
Additionally I have done a firmware update via USB and a reset with the soundbar reverting to shop 1 immediately. This causes the volume to go to zero automatically.
