Spent almost $800 for a smart TV and it came without a charger cord. I guess 800 is not enough to spend. I am furious. I’m 77. Now I have to search for a remote charger Even though I did everything I was supposed to. Kept it on the window sill, so it would be recharged but yesterday it just stopped working. How could Samsung be so irresponsible and so downright stingy. Horrible company I am truly livid. Call Customer Service ask him to send me a charger cord they told me that they don’t do that and cannot help me but thanked me for being a Samsung customer. I think I entered 2025 Bermuda triangle.
