Home TheaterIf those areas of the speaker are making noise, then you're at least not playing in basic 2.1 "stereo"
2. If you are playing audio content from a galaxy device, or Spotify, try switching on/off Dolby Atmos and listening for a difference.

Home TheaterIf you only hear one channel it’s not Dolby atmos, there are a lot of factors to get Dolby atmos and no one will tell you- you have to have the right cables- HDMI 2.2 not any hdmi cable- the tv must have cert for Dolby atmos also- you can do pass through to get around that. If you are using optical cable the max is 5.1 SS not Dolby atmos. The music or movie must be in Dolby Atmos. if you really want answers you must tell us your system first

Home TheaterThe soundbar says it in the digital window for a few seconds at start also if you click on info it will say. Keep in mind to use SmartThings app with Samsung account and register, you can control it better.
