Dolby Access is broken for ALL Samsung Atmos soundbars

TL;DR

SAMSUNG soundbar has  wrong speaker mapping when use the latest Dolby Access on Windows PC.

Dear SAMSUNG,

Could you help to check with Dolby Company for the Dolby Access problem on the Windows PC ?

1.  This problem seems only happened on SAMSUNG Soundbar
(Other Company, e.g. LG/SONY don't have this problem).

2.  DTS Sound Unbound is normal, don't have this problem.

So, this issue ONLY happened on SAMSUNG Soundbar + Dolby Atmos.

I think this is very easy to reproduce this issue by SAMSUNG Engineer/QA department.
