Home TheaterSince this is a User to User support community I’m saying the only way that I know of is to submit feedback is to contact Support with either the Website chat or call 1-800-Samsung, or too submit feedback in the support tab of the Members App.

Home TheaterI apologize, but this is a User to User Support Community. You can try clicking on the support tab at the bottom of the Members app and submitting feedback or contacting Customer Service. They might be able to assist you.

You will need to either call or use the chat on the Samsung site this forum isn't where you get direct support from Samsung
