Applications not working on my Samsung BD-F150

Hello there! My dad bought a Samsung BD-F1500 bluray a few years ago. I started it today but the applications are not working. The icons of the apps are darkened for some reason.

If I don't start the bluray player I'm gonna be in big trouble. Everything except the applications work fine. I even checked the internet connection and it is fine too. Please help me guys! :))
