Applications not working on my Samsung BD-F150

Hello there! My dad bought a Samsung BD-F1500 bluray a few years ago. I started it today but the applications are not working. The icons of the apps are darkened for some reason.

 

 

If I don't start the bluray player I'm gonna be in big trouble. Everything except the applications work fine. I even checked the internet connection and it is fine too. Please help me guys! :))

Due to the age of the unit, the app developers have more than likely ended support of the apps on this platform.  We apologize for any frustrations and inconveniences that this may have caused.
