hello my mother has a A54 Samsung phone and a SM R860 watch
the watch detected a hard fall while she was not wearing it and cause she didn't realize that it been activated, she missed stopping it and it sent a message saying "Fall detected The sender's watch has detected a hard fall and the sender isn't responding." now I keep getting text message from her watch saying she has moved to a new location. i have spoken to my mum and she is fine so we have restarted the phone and also turned off fall detection on the watch but it still sending messages and nearly been going for 24Hours now
Has she rebooted both the watch and phone? Turned hard fall detect off, then back on? Also, are you dismissing the notification by swiping it away, or opening the notification to acknowledge you received it? Certain notifications you have to avknowledge receipt or it just keeps coming back. Like medication reminders, if you dont open it to click dismiss or take, it will keep reminding you until you do.
