Wearable app keeps crashing

Wearable app keeps crashing. My watch screen is black and I cannot select a watchface old ones nor the ones i just got.

Can't do anything!!! Annoying!! Any suggestions,please?!

Have you restarted the watch? Turned it off and back on?

Have you restarted your phone?
