The wearOS app disconnected from my watch7. And now it won't reconnect, giving me the message "an error occurred while locating a device." I have un-installed and reinstalled the app, same issue.

You don't use the Wear OS app on Samsung Watches only the Wearable app works

I have no idea what that's for, other than updating wearable devices. Wear OS is only the software it runs on, like Windows or Mac. I'm only aware of the Galaxy wearable app for wearable devices. Sorry...
