[Watch6] Can no longer like Spotify songs

Since the last few days, I can no longer like songs on Spotify from my Galaxy Watch6. When I press the + icon, it vibrates but doesn't do anything. Pressing the icon on already liked songs, however, does give me the option to remove them from my favorites. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Spotify app, both on the watch and my phone (Galaxy S22+), to make sure it wasn't a caching issue. Restarted both devices as well. Still no go. Any idea about this issue and how to solve it?
