Watch6 settings grayed out

I no longer get notifications on my watch6 from my S24.  I've changed nothing recently.

I've found, in the Wearable app, everything in 'watch Settings' is grayed out.  How can I access settings and could that be my problem?

Are your watch settings also greyed out on the watch itself? Try deleting the cache partition on the watch and see if that changes anything.

If it does not, you should make sure you have a current backup of the watch and reset it.  There is no reason for you not to be able to access your watch settings.  It wouldn't hurt to also wipe the cache partition of the phone. If the settings are usable on the watch itself, go to the app list in the phone settings and look for both the Wearable app and the Watch Manager.  Tap the apps for the settings and scroll to storage and delete the cache and data to see if that improves anything.  If it does not and you have cleared the watch cache, uninstall the Wear app and reinstall it.  You will have to re-pair the watch to the phone after reinstallation.
