Watch button does not mute call on phone

I have the same problem. On my Galaxy Watch I used to press the back button (the bottom button) on my watch when a call came in and it would mute the call on both the watch and the phone. Now it only mutes the watch.

I have also the same problem with my watch 6 Classic and it appeared after the last update of galaxy watch manager.

Any solution?

Hi, i've had the problem too. I wear a Galaxy watch 5 pro. So i reinstalled old "Galaxy watch 5 Manager" from nov2024. Now it works, but this ist no solution for the future.

My Phone ist rooted and sometimes i makes backups from my apps and its setting with tool. But i think, If you found a old apk of your Galaxy watch Manager, it should work. My old version is 2.2.12.24051751 (124051751).

Thank goodness I'm not going crazy. I thought maybe I was experiencing the mandela effect and this was some alternate reality where the watch buttons never silenced phone calls. 

So has anyone figured out how to get it working again? I'm still looking though all the settings currently but nothing yet ๐Ÿ˜ž

 The same in here, i used my gt 4 watch with the Huawei y9s and was working perfectly,  when i got SAMSUNG 24 ULTRA, it isn't working anymore to mute my incoming calls...

Does anybody have an idea to fix it!?

Any solution to the problem? 

Silencing calls is the main reason for me to buy a smart watch.

After 10 years, I've bought a Samsung product and it's disappointing me.

 

I don't know how people love Samsung products! They're expensive, they have a short lifetime and this is how they support customers. 

It's a shame. The product doesn't do the most basic task it supposed to do.
