Watch Ultra: selected strap not received

Anyone else Receive their pre order without the selected watch strap? I picked the orange trail band and received only the free black one. Support has been no help. The response to resolve this issue was unprofessional. Any idea if they are going to restock at all?

My orange band came in the watch box with the watch and a separate box for the black band.

I contacted samsung support when my watch arrived without the selected strap. About 2 days later, they emailed me a promo code to use.
