Hi there, my watch 6 is not recording my sleep.

I have the watch updated, all permissions are on...I have done the trouble shooting and still it won't track sleep. I have had this problem on and off since I purchased it. I need help.

Are all other functions of the watch working correctly? If so, could it be that the watch is either too tight or too loose on your wrist?

Try clearing the cache partition. There are videos on how to do on YouTube. I have to clear my 5 pro about once a month to get it work correcy
