A little bit more information might be useful. Did it just completely stop with no error? If there is an error what does it say? Can you provide a screenshot? Before it stopped working, did it give you any indication that there was a problem? Anything else you can add to these questions would be extremely helpful!

When I open my sleep record it isn't recorded. When I try to measure it, it runs for massy 30 seconds then a screen comes up telling me to move the watch 2 inches above my wrist bone. It just keeps repeating that message.

@usersgncEmFz16 Have you tried wiping off the bottom of the watch? It's possible that there is dirt or something causing interference.

I have cleaned it but it was still not registering. I just moved it up higher on my wrist and it gave me a reading but it's way too uncomfortable to wear that high on my arm. I will keep trying! Thanks fir the responses.

Is it a one time occurrence or is it happening every night? Have you run a diagnostic on the watch sensors?

The diagnostics can be found in the support tab if the members app. Choose watch diagnostics. You can run the entire array of tests or just the sensors.
