Hello,

Has anyone else noticed the major UI lag lately on the watch 6 classic? Everything is fully up to date, even reset it twice but the lag moving through stuff and load has become so slow also I noticed the bezzle has become really hard to turn i haven't had it very long and take really good care of it, I had a case on is thought it was that, but most the time it's so hard to turn i just don't use it. Any ideas?

It's sounds like the bezel has gunk in and under it somewhere To clean a Samsung Watch 6 Classic bezel, gently wipe it with a slightly damp microfiber cloth, ensuring to clean the crevices between the bezel and the watch face; for stubborn dirt, you can use a soft-bristled toothbrush dipped in a small amount of mild soap and water, then thoroughly rinse and dry the watch; avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, or compressed air as they can damage the watch.

Key points to remember:

Use a soft cloth: A microfiber cloth is ideal for cleaning the watch face and bezel without scratching the surface.

Mild soap and water: If needed, use a tiny amount of mild soap with water on a soft brush to clean dirt in the crevices.

Avoid harsh chemicals: Do not use harsh cleaning agents, alcohol, or abrasive materials as they can damage the watch.

Rinse thoroughly: After cleaning, ensure to rinse off any soap residue with clean water.

Dry completely: Pat the watch dry with a soft cloth to prevent water damage.

For a more thorough clean:

Remove the watch band: Take off the watch band to access the bezel more easily.

Check for debris: Use a toothpick or soft brush to remove any trapped dirt or debris from the bezel.

Consider a cleaning solution: If your watch is particularly dirty, you can use a specialized watch cleaning solution, but always follow the manufacturer's instructions.

This is definitely not a physical "gunk" issue. One UI 6 introduced massive touch screen and bezel lag on my Watch 6 Classic. I have cleared the cache and also done a full reset and reinstall. Same issue. Going to contact Samsung since the watch is basically unusable.

UPDATE:

Samsung Chat Support said it was not possible to go back to the prior (functional) software version. They said my only option was to do an 18+ day turn-around-time "repair" shipment. Makes no sense since the watch was perfectly fine before the update. I suppose I'll just buy a Google Pixel Watch and trade this in since there's apparently no other options.
