UPDATE AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS POST.
My watch tells me it has an update available, UI 6.0It downloads fine and when it attempts to install it gets to 99%
I'm trying the install again, and this is the fifth time.

The watch just gave a chime.
The watch screen shows "couldn't update software visit a Samsung customer service location."
Well in my area I don't have a customer service location, do I have any other options?
