Walkie Talkie on Watch 7 Error ?

Hi,,. I have problems with getting the Walkie Talkie app to work on my Galaxy Watch 7.

It does not allow me to slide to turn on.. It keeps telling me to register my simcard on the phone ..

I realy dont know what to do ..?

My phone is Google Pixel 8 pro with esim...

Walkie-Talkie constantly crashes on my watch and my husband's. It tells us both each time we use it, the other person is not connected, or will ask us to add each other all over again every other week. It's the worst! As much as I dislike apple, their walkie-talkie app never crashed and worked perfectly. We have the newest galaxy watches and phones. This app is garbage and more frustration than what it's worth.
