Galaxy WatchWow, why would a Christmas gift be designed to . . . ruin your Christmas?
All I want to do is adjust the volume on this God-forsaken device. And after an hour in a Samsung customer service chat, they just said good-bye and told me the chat was open for another twelve hours.
They had no idea how to adjust the volume.
Complete and utter failure by Samsung.
