Galaxy WatchSame situation. Unfortunately, I was somehow able to get the LTE working on the watch-the details are blurry.
Today I took it back because I had deleted the extra phone we were using for monitoring health data. At that point the location tracking stopped.
They suggested resetting the watch and I said no, because it took 12.5hrs to get it working a few weeks ago. Eventually, they did it anyway...and now they can't get it back on LTE.
I WILL figure this out again, and I habe this bookmarked to come tell you how I did it.

Galaxy WatchI spent hours talking to a Verizon rep and researching. They kept saying my new Watch7 was showing active on their end but couldn't figure out why it wouldn't connect to their network in standalone mode.
One website finally gave me a clue on how to get my Galaxy watch 7 LTE activated as Standalone and not share (I forget where I saw this though).
I had to enable the secret menu in there wearable app (using a pixel 8 pro since I don't have a Samsung phone) which allows entering the QR code manually within the "mobile plans" seeing in the app. There was a YouTube video, but basically I had to click the icon near the bottom of the wearable app to show a list of Galaxy Wearable devices (I only have the watch). Then click the 3 dots to get to "settings." then tap the big words "Galaxy Wearables" at the top of this screen 5 times. Then click "module test" and then "eSIM test.". Then toggle "QR testmode" to turn it on.
After doing so, I went back into mobile plans and there was an option to enter the code. Verizon Tech department emailed me a QR code but the camera didn't capture it so they texted me a long alphanumeric code which I plugged in manually.
This finally allowed my watch7 to connect to 4G instead of just "emergency calls only" I just had to toggle on the Verizon mobile plan in the watch mobile settings.
Now I'm searching for a way to get family link on the watch since I didn't have the option to set the watch up for my child. Which brought me to this site.
