Galaxy WatchWell, if you are not recording your workouts from an app that's officially partnered with Samsung Health, of course there will be a delay in syncing. Your main app is syncing with Strava and then taking a second hop over from Strava to Samsung Health. It will only sync data that all the apps contain if all apps contain the data in the same format. So, in essence, you appear to be blaming Samsung for not syncing workouts correctly when you have created a convoluted method over multiple apps.

Galaxy WatchIn case you haven't noticed, Samsung is not Apple and their features and apps work differently, as do their partnerships with other vendors.

Galaxy WatchDon't get me started on everything with the watch and loss connection reset and repair. Also, the backups are a joke. I always have to go in and re do all my permissions, settings, reinstall apps. I've done resets and restores on iPhone, pads, and watches from backups and NEVER had to re do anything. Samsung should be ashamed of themselves.

Galaxy WatchDid you ever consider the initial problem might have been with one of the other apps? It is not always necessarily a Samsung point of failure. You have a triad going on there and synchronization could have failed in any of the components. Since Strava is the app in the middle, I'd put my money on that. Could have been a momentary hiccup, whichever app's fault it is.

Galaxy WatchI also hecked the Health Connect information and the specific apps update to Health Connect. The communication between HEVY and Health Connect was there which Samsung Health read before but didn't read for a couple workouts. Not sure why Samsung Health wouldn't read that and instead went with the one from Strava for a couple weightlifting workouts. Strange how Samsung Health read it for a couple workouts from HEVY to HC but then stopped and then started back up.
All signs from what I'm seeing is a failure on SH part to read properly from HC. It's just one frustration in a long list of problems and frustrations with SH and HC.
I also think some of this may be the whole switch from Google Fit to Health Connect. I think they haven't worked all the bugs out.
