In the last week or so: My Samsung Galaxy watch 6 fails
1. to measure ANY sleep metric for 2-3 hours each night when I AM sleeping but does before and after 2. to measure sleep after I get up in the moring
This problem started a week or so ago. It records all sleep metrics before and after that blank period. I have used Galaxy watches reliably to capture sleep metrics for years. yes, it is tight. (That is the most logical explanation for this failure pattern - however, very tight as always!) yes, it is charged. Yes, it is updated with the current software. yes, the Samsung health app is updated also.
No, support chat could not help. - they could not acknowledge the problem - they referred me to a basic getting started page.
This is my first experience with a Samsung Galaxy Watch and my Galaxy Watch 7 has had the same issue since I purchased it. The watch is running OneUI 6.0 and the Samsung Health app is v6.28.2.003. Lengthy gaps appear in the data for all sleep metrics. I also have an issue with what is considered "Awake" time as it appears to recognize tossing and turning as such.
