What counts as raised heart rate minutes? Is this aerobic zone 3 or does it also include weight control zone 2? It seems to include both from what I can estimate.

How can I track aerobic zone 3 minutes per week? This is a key fitness metric and seems to be missing. Very disappointing. My last watch tracked intensity minutes per week and you could set this target too. E.g cardiovascular guidelines are to achieve 150-300 aerobic (intensity) minutes per week but I don't see this info or a way to track it anywhere..
